I have been in the real estate industry since 1987. I have worked with families looking for a second home or an investment property at the beach. I have assisted multi-million and billion dollar corporations in their search for a new location for their business expansion. I have helped first time buyers realize their dream of owning a home.

I grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas where I studied Business Management with an emphasis on entrepreneurship at Texas Christian University. I later attended film school at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. After working as an image consultant for high profile clients in Los Angeles and Nashville, I worked in all aspects of the film and television industry. My business background also includes owning and operating Randall’s Gourmet Cheesecake Co., a wholesale manufacturer of cheesecakes and opening a fine dining restaurant in 1993 that bore my name until 2006.

I served on the board of the Ft. Worth Jaycees and I have proudly served with organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Lena Pope Home for Children, Camp John Marc, Cooking For Kids and The Arthritis Foundation, to name a few.

Seeking a better quality of life for my wife and two young sons, I moved my family to Easton in the spring of 2002. My interests include travel, photography, boating, sportfishing, music and cooking.

I have the business experience combined with the creativity and determination to bring your dream project from concept to fruition.

I first became a Realtor in 1990 where I was fortunate enough to go to work for Diana Whitney. Through her expertise I have learned the many facets of Real Estate. I have had the priviledge of helping people with the purchase of thier first home or their well deserved vacation home, as well as helping companies find a commercial property to lease or purchase.

Welcome, Visitors! My name is Jane King. I've been in the real estate field for nine years. I began my career working for a private developer who put together several successful communities in West Ocean City, Maryland. I then transferred my license to Holiday Real Estate in Ocean City where I worked for four years. During that time, I was fortunate in having the ability to be awarded for being one of the top agents for the company every year.

My name is Ruth Parsons.I am a third generation native of Ocean City, Maryland. Growing up at the beach was my hobby and my passion. I raised 6 beautiful children there. We are all very proud to say we are from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Being a local has given me an insight as to why families come to visit and decide to relocate. After 25 years in management in the fashion industry, I felt the need to move on and spread my wings. Through the years, I’ve learned that life is merely a journey. I decided ten years ago to become a Realtor. My new career began with an immensely successful developer in West Ocean City. While there, I worked with Jane King, my best friend from high school. In 2003, we transferred our license to a local broker in Ocean City where we became the “Double Action Team.” During the four years I spent there, I was awarded from the Coastal Association of Realtors.
